For over 15 years, I had the privilege of serving as an Estate Director to some of the most influential leaders in the world. My role was not just about managing details of high-profile lifestyle; it was about mastering excellence and leadership at the highest level. I learned firsthand what it takes to navigate high-pressure environments, complex interpersonal dynamics,  communicate with precision, and create systems that supported sustained excellence with unwavering confidence.

Transitioning to Coaching

My experiences as an Estate Director weren’t just about serving others—they were about learning what it takes to succeed at the highest level. Over time, I realized that the skills I had honed weren’t just for the private service world—they were universal.

That’s when I decided to pivot, leveraging everything I’d learned to empower others. Today, as a Certified High Performance Coach and Corporate Trainer, I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and private service professionals to help them break through barriers, lead with confidence, and thrive in their lives and careers.
