From Burnout to Igniting Fire

As an Estate Director for over 15 years in the private service industry, I had the privilege of working with high net worth individuals and families, both nationally and internationally. As the gatekeeper and right hand to some of the world’s most influential and powerful leaders, I also had the unique opportunity to share the same space in their personal and business life.

In 2014, I experienced a severe health crisis that was attributed from massive burnout resulting in panic attacks, hives and Eclampsia which nearly took my life. This terrifying experience was a wake up call that forced me to reevaluate my priorities and life's purpose. 

During my healing journey, I developed a deep fascination with the factors that propelled my clients remarkable success - it became clear to me that their routines, habits and systems that I have observed and even help implement had played a crucial role in their day to day lives. Driven by a passion for personal growth and a desire to empower others, I found myself studying the fields of high performance, psychology, behavioral communications and leadership. 

Drawing from my wealth of experience as an Estate Director and my knowledge in High Performance, CliftonStrengths, and DiSC, I realized the profound impact I could make as a coach. The lessons I learned from working alongside influential leaders have become the foundation upon which I build a roadmap for success for my clients, helping them navigate the complexities of their personal and professional lives and ultimately achieve the remarkable levels of success they desire. 

My mission is to empower my clients with the tools, strategies, and insights they need to optimize their performance, cultivate success-oriented habits, and create sustainable growth in all areas of their lives and help others overcome procrastination, take decisive action, communicate effectively, and discover their strengths to achieve extraordinary results.

Accomplishments: Proud member of BNI Strive Society where I hold the seat as BNI Regional Trainer and Education Coordinator, responsible for educating and empowering entrepreneurs of Business Network International (BNI) to maximize the benefits of their membership (currently 300+ members), by teaching networking strategies, communication skills, and referral marketing techniques to help members build stronger business relationships, generate quality referrals, and grow their businesses effectively within the BNI framework through leading workshops, facilitating meetings, and provide ongoing support to enhance the overall success of the chapter and its members.
